Welcome.
Many of you have been in this community for a long time, but whether you’ve just joined or you’ve been a member since day one, this is your first impression of the new DeviantArt.
Change is not something that we take lightly, because it affects our collective identity. It was important for us to define who we are and what we’re made of at our core before we changed anything. We all have our own understanding of what that means, but the process of getting that core story down on paper took almost a year.
The result is “Bleed and Breed Art.” This is our center of gravity and our reason for getting out of be

It's taken a year of hard work, but my picture book The Scarecrow Harvest Festival is finally available in print! Halloween Book Reviews
Scary stories were a huge part of my childhood, so for the Halloween season I wanted to do a bunch of reviews of the horror anthologies I grew up with. I'd been hoping to start at the beginning of October, but real life kept me busy for a while. I'll do as many as I can, and may even go into November to fill the void until Thanksgiving.
Anyway, here's the first review

Geez, deviantART sure loves making a big deal out of stuff. They make a new logo (that frankly doesn't look particularly interesting) and then act as if the whole site has changed in some amazing revolutionary way.
